Our first in what is going to be a monthly wine tasting series on March 17, 2012. We served 7 wines from various regions, including Spain, 1er cru Burgundy from Pommard and Volnay, a wine comprised of 6 grapes from South Africa, Rhone and Italy. Just sharing Part I of random photos from the event.
Based in Hong Kong, Spike's Cellar was formed by a group of wine lovers who wants to share their passions for wine with the world. Their mission is to introduce tasty, delicious and absolutely amazing wines to the masses, regardless of the wine's origin or reputation.
